 When my mom and I would be listening to George Harrison, as he seems to be one of our favorite musicians, I would say to her, "Imagine what my roommates would think if they heard the kind of stuff I listen to." For one thing he has to be the most difficult to understand singers I've ever heard, and I normally don't have that much trouble with an English accent. Besides that, the words to his songs are really good, but to a (non-Beatle) person, some of them would sound a bit strange. I don't want to give people the impression I'm some raging religious person, but I do take his songs seriously and try to live and act like a good person. All Things Must Pass This was my first George Harrison album, and I disliked it so much at first that I didn't listen to it for quite a long time. Now it's one of my favorites, I can't imagine being without it! 'My Sweet Lord' This was one of the reasons I didn't like the CD. I hated to even think about believing in God. Eventually I realized that God does not equal Christianity, that you can believe in God and not be a Christian. Now I love the song.
